18 people including 2 pilots have been killed in plane crash at kozikode, in Kerela. The Air India (IX-1344) crashed at Kozikode International Airport on Friday at 7:41pm. The plane skidded off runway during landing at the airport.

At least 127 people have been admitted at hospitals. The condition of 15 passengers is reportedly serious. An Air India Express went from Dubai to Kozikode India carrying 184 passengers and six crew members.

According to weather radar, the pilots found difficulties and they went around twice and came from the opposite side on runway 10 however an approach was for runway 28.
